The Local Corporation is a cultural non-profit organization dedicated to showcasing locally based arts and cultural activations and promoting community engagement. 

We are sponsored by the Abierto grant through the City of San Jose and currently produce The Local Creative Show, a street-level promotional series showcasing local arts events and performers. We also provide production support for arts-related community activations.

Each and every creator brings a unique perspective to the table so we promote coverage across all walks of life.

    Hi, I’m Christopher Denise.

    I started building sets for film and photography in 2010, and since then, I’ve collaborated on hundreds of projects with artists from all walks of life.

    Working in such a collaborative field has exposed me to countless new ideas and cultures, and those experiences have fueled an intense fascination with the creative process.

    As a host for The Local Creative I have the perfect excuse to indulge my curiosity and take a peek behind the magic, and as someone who loves to share a good story, I am excited to be able to bring you along this journey of discovery!
